We joined Unwind Minds at a stage where the vision was there, but the product and the foundation needed to be built.

Over the course of a year, we helped turn that vision into a working product, bringing together the product strategy, technology, design, development, AI architecture, and the team needed to move it forward.

We designed and developed the ElephAi app, created the product experience, and built the foundations for the technology behind it.

At the core was the LFI Engine, a proprietary three-layer emotional intelligence system designed to make AI understand more than just the words a person types. We designed the architecture around reasoning, emotional understanding, and safety, creating a system that could respond to the person and context behind the interaction.

We also created Hard Shield, the safety layer responsible for identifying risk, controlling AI behaviour, and creating pathways for human escalation when AI should not handle the situation alone — Hard Shield as the safety and decision layer of the LFI system.

Beyond the product itself, we helped move Unwind Minds from an early concept into a startup with stronger fundamentals.

We worked on the overall product and startup strategy, helped shape the team, established the technical foundations, prepared the product for growth, and explored the next stage of the ecosystem, including the first steps toward a web platform for specialists and pilot projects.

The goal wasn’t simply to build another AI app. It was to create the foundations for an emotionally intelligent system that could grow into something much bigger.
